Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid ThinkingMemory Cloud subscriptions. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"); refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
1. Free tier
The free tier is provided at no cost and involves no payment, so no refunds apply. You can use it for as long as it is offered, subject to its limits.
2. Money-back guarantee
For first-time paid subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will refund that charge.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it in good faith.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the Billing page or by emailing billing@thinkingdbx.com. On cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; we do not charge again after that. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a period except as required by law or under the money-back guarantee above.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@thinkingdbx.com from your account email with your order or receipt details. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. Enterprise agreements are governed by their own order forms.
